Cancellation Policy:

In-Person registrations: Cancellations made on or before December 1, 2024 will be refunded the registration amount minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee. Or, you can downgrade to virtual on or before December 1, 2024 to receive a refund for the price difference at the time of request. All cancellations made for any reason after that date are nonrefundable but you will receive access as a virtual attendee. To modify or cancel a registration, email: support@wealthymommd.com

Please note that the Four Seasons has a separate cancellation policy. You are responsible for fees or charges associated with your cancellation at the Four Seasons.

Promotional Materials Release:
Photos and videos may be taken during the conference for promotional use. By registering, you grant and authorize the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets.
